Amanda Bynes Claims Sexual Harassment By Cops http://l.yimg.com/bt/api/res/1.2/.7KngcF39a1H2w0Putk45g--/YXBwaWQ9eW5ld3M7aD0zNTU7cT04NTtzbT0xO3c9NjMw/http://media.zenfs.com/en_US/News/ETOnline/bynes_topless_pic_640x360.jpg

After being released on her own recognizance following a late-night arrest in New York City, Amanda Bynes took to Twitter to speak directly to the world.
"I only smoke tobacco I don't drink or do drugs. I've never had a bong in my life! I need to get another nose job after seeing my mugshot," she wrote.
A few hours later Bynes Tweeted, "I need Nicki Minaj's wig person stat!"
On Saturday, she Tweeted some serious allegations, claiming she had been sexually harassed by one of her arresting officers: "Don't believe the reports about me being arrested. It's all lies. I was sexually harassed by one of the cops two nights ago which is who then arrested me. He lied and said I threw a bong out the window when I opened the window for fresh air. Hilarious. He slapped my vagina. Sexual harassment. Big deal. I then called the cops on him. He handcuffed me, which I resisted, quite unlike any of the reports stated. Then I was sent to a mental hospital. Offensive. I kept asking for my lawyer but they wouldn't let me. The cops were creepy. The cop sexually harassed me, they found no pot on me or bong outside my window. That's why the judge let me go. Don't believe any reports."
Bynes, who is currently under probation for driving with a suspended license and has a pending DUI case stemming from a 2012 arrest, was arrested late Thursday night after police were called to her apartment in NYC.

Drake grabs a leading 12 nods, while Chris Brown and R. Kelly are set to perform at June 30 awards show.

On Tuesday (May 14), BET held a Los Angeles press conference and revealed that Drizzy is up for a dozen awards, including five separate nominations in the Video of the Year category for "Started From the Bottom," "HYFR" and his contributions to 2 Chainz's "No Lie," A$AP Rocky's "F---in' Problems" and Kendrick Lamar's "Poetic Justice."
Chris Brown and R. Kelly were also announced as performers, and "Friday" actor Chris Tucker will be the host, when it airs live June 30.
Drake isn't the only big nominee: Both 2 Chainz and Kendrick Lamar earned eight noms apiece, A$AP Rocky and Jay-Z each have five, and Justin Timberlake and Miguel have four each.

Chris Brown's Street Artwork Upsets Neighbors & His Other Disturbing MomentsChris Brown

Chris Brown shouldn't expect an invite to the neighborhood barbeque this year.
According to the Los Angeles Times, the images of "grimacing, sharp-toothed, red-eyed goblins" painted on his retaining wall are scaring children and upsetting their parents.
"There are lots of babies, lots of children, and they're literally frightened. It's like devils on the wall - big scary eyes and big scary teeth, and just the whole vibe is not what we're used to," Patti Negri, president of the Hollywood Dell Civic Association, told the Times.
The city of Los Angeles has fined Brown $376 for violating city code and demanded that he take down the offensive artwork within 30 days. However, his lawyer is appealing that ruling.
Brown's public artwork is more a nuisance than anything, but he's done plenty of questionable - and downright disturbing - things since his infamous incident with on-again, off-again girlfriend Rihanna in February 2009.
Chris Brown's Vulgar Twitter Fight With Jenny Johnson
Twitter comedian Jenny Johnson had no idea what she was getting herself into when she replied to a tweet Brown sent in November 2012.
"I look old as f**k! I'm only 23..." Brown tweeted, prompting Johnson to reply with "I know! Being a worthless piece of s**t can really age a person."
Brown noticed the tweet and responded with a whole series of vulgar and sexually explicit tweets directed at the Texas woman.
"Take them teeth out when u S*cking my d**k H*e," he tweeted back.
He wasn't done there.
"I should fart while you're giving me top," he added, referring to oral sex.
He even brought his mom into it.
"Mom says hello," replied Brown. "She told me not to shart in ur mouth, wanted me to s--t right on the retina."
"She told me not to shart in ur mouth, wanted me to s**t right on the retina."
Johnson shrugged off his insults, but then his fans got in on the action and sent her death threats via the social media site.
"It's alarming how many death threats I'm receiving via @ replies," she tweeted afterward. "I encourage everyone, including @Twitter to look through them. Not cool."
Not cool at all.
Chris Brown 'Jumps' Frank Ocean Over a Parking Space

File this one under: "Dumbest reasons to get into a fist fight."
Brown reportedly jumped singer Frank Ocean over a recording studio parking spot in January 2013.
"Got jumped by chris and a couple guys. Lol," Ocean tweeted on Jan. 28. "Cut my finger now I can't play w two hands at the grammys."
Ultimately, Ocean decided against pressing charges.
"I'll choose sanity. No criminal charges. No civil lawsuit," he wrote in a Tumblr post in early February. "Forgiveness, albeit difficult, is wisdom. Peace, albeit trite, is what I want in my short life. Peace."
Chris Brown's Neck Tattoo That Looks Like a Bloodied Rihanna

Brown has repeatedly said that he's a different man than the one who beat up then-girlfriend Rihanna in February 2009. However, some people questioned that when he showed off a new tattoo in September 2012.
The tattoo - on his neck - looked eerily similar to the photo of a bruised and bloodied Rihanna.
He denied it, though.
"I'm an artist and this is art. Dia de los Muertos," he tweeted amid the furor. His rep said it was a sugar skull inspired by "a MAC cosmetics design he saw."
The tattoo does look like the MAC image, but we hope he really thinks about it before getting another "inspired" tattoo. Either that, or get one of something innocent, like puppies and kittens.

Fall Out Boy's Plan To Replicate Rock And Roll's Success: 'Another Hiatus'

'It feels more like a new band,' Patrick Stump says of Fall Out Boy's triumphant return.

Fall Out Boy's Save Rock and Roll has spawned a hit single and debuted at #1 on the Billboard albums chart ... so it should come as no surprise that they're already thinking of repeating the formula that led to its success on another album:
"Oh, we're going on another hiatus," Patrick Stump joked on the red carpet of KIIS FM's Wango Tango concert.
"If that could be the process, it would be amazing," Pete Wentz added. "But I'd hate to break everybody's heart and go on a break every single time ... but the process was really great."
Don't worry, Fall Out fans; with a sold-out spring tour about to kick off and a summer arena-tour already booked, it'll be a minute before the guys can even think of taking another extended break (they're still attempting to film a video for every song on the new album, too). And, though they're too busy to begin thinking of what will come next, they have learned one thing from making Save Rock and Roll: namely, they're not the same band they were during their heady, mid-aughts heyday.
"It's crazy, because we almost had to start from scratch," Stump explained. "It feels more like a new band than an old band getting back in the swing of things; it's awesome."
Then again, no matter how much they've changed — and in spite of the success they've experienced with their comeback — there is one thing that has remained the same: Fall Out Boy still suffer from chronically low self-esteem ... which, come to think of it, sort of makes all they've accomplished that much sweeter.
"We're very humbled by it," Joe Trohman said. "We don't think much of ourselves, so we didn't really expect much, so we're very, very happy."

Demi Lovato Has 'Crazy Idea' For Britney Spears' 'X Factor' Seat

And then there were two. Right now, Demi Lovato and Simon Cowell are the only two folks sitting on the "X Factor" judges table after both L.A. Reid and Britney Spears parted ways with the series. So, what's next?
Well, Lovato, who is stopping by the MTV Newsroom on Tuesday for an MTV.com live stream at 3 p.m. ET, dished that there are some A-list acts in the running to join the show. Simon has even reached out to Demi for ideas. "Yes! He has! I'll like text him and be like 'I have a crazy idea!' And he's like 'Who? Talk to me!' And I'll like call him or whatever and we'll talk," she told MTV News on Monday (May 13) at the Fox upfront presentation. "I'm not letting you know any of them. You'll find out soon enough. We have to make a decision soon."
As it turns out, the sky's the limit when it comes to the names being tossed around. She added, "Simon is like 'Anything is possible.' Last year we had Britney Spears. That was incredible."
While Spears won't be back for more "X Factor" fun for the show's third season, her mentoring was felt by more than just the contestants before her departure. "What I learned from Britney is that you don't have to change. Her family, we laughed several times, 'cause our families are so similar. Our moms are super close now," she revealed. "And our dads are really similar. She has this southern down-to-earth family. And she's still a southern down-to-earth girl. I already knew that you don't have to change in the industry, but even at her level of success being the icon that she is, it was really refreshing."
She also learned a thing or two from herself. "The thing that I learned in my first season of the 'X Factor' was, I mean I already knew I'm a bit of a control freak but I think I had this idea, this vision of what I wanted as what my ideal winner of the competition and with this time I'm going to keep an open mind and have fun," she said. "And not be so focused on the competition aspect of it. I think I'm just going to relax and have fun."

Mac Miller Boasts His Life Is Like 'Watching Movies'

Pittsburgh rapper releases second single from his sophomore album, Watching Movies With the Sound Off.

The countdown is on until Mac Miller drops his sophomore album, Watching Movies With the Sound Off, featuring his latest single "Watching Movies."
Mac released the new track on Thursday night after teasing fans for a few hours, eventually telling them on Twitter, "just something to play very loud." Over the trippy beat, produced by Sap and Larry Fisherman, the Pittsburgh rapper spits about his wonderful lifestyle, which is apparently so interesting that he declares, "looking at my life is like you watching movies."
A couple of hours after the single dropped, Mac was pleased to point out that fans were having some very heated and unexpected debates about what they were listening to, writing, "There's a huge religion argument going on in the YouTube comments for #WatchingMovies perfect."
When Mac dropped by the MTV News studios recently, we asked him to watch a few movies, including "The Notebook," and narrate them with the sound off. The result was pure comedy.
The first single from Watching Movies With the Sound Off was "S.D.S. (Somebody Do Something)," which was accompanied by an off-the-wall music video in which Mac played a superhero, taking on his nemesis Red Dot, played by former child star Corey Feldman.
When the album finally drops, fans can catch Mac Miller on his 38-city Space Migration Tour, which kicks off June 25 in Austin, Texas, and wraps up August 10 in San Diego. Guests on the tour will include Meek Mill, Chance the Rapper and Vince Staples.

Jessica Alba Drank Wild Turkey in Sixth Grade, Stole Her Mom's CarJessica Alba Drank Wild Turkey in Sixth Grade, Stole Her Mom's Car

Jessica Alba was a bit of a wild child during her formative years in Claremont, Calif. In honor of Mother's Day, the Machete Kills actress had tea with her mom Cathy at the Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills, where the women reminisced about old times with Entertainment Tonight.

"Who was the first boy that I brought over?" Jessica asked. Unsure, her mother replied, "Santiago?" The Honest Company founder then corrected her mom. "Santino!"
"Santino, Santiago -- he was a boy with hormones!" Cathy joked.
"We accidentally drank Wild Turkey," Jessica admitted. "How old was I with Santino? Eleven?"

"On air right now you are telling me . . . well, it was so long ago!" Cathy laughed. "This is a little shocking that you drank Wild Turkey in sixth grade!" Cash Warren's wife then recalled another memory from her youth. "Remember when I used to steal the car and go to Jack in the Box?" she asked. "We would go get food. Like, that was our activity! But I was, you know, 12."

Cathy then joked about her 32-year-old daughter's seemingly perfect life. "She loses things," she said of Jessica, who has two daughters with Warren. "She seems like she's all together all the time, but this girl has gone through more passports, more credit cards, more keys. . ."

Jessica then interjected and said, "I realized right now that I don't have my wedding rings on as we're talking about losing things. I think I put them in my jewelry box that Honor made me.

One Direction's New Album Is 'Already Finished,' Ed Sheeran Says

One Direction fans already know that the guys are prepping a new album for Christmas, working with the same production and songwriting teams that created their first two albums, 2011's Up All Night and last year's Take Me Home. And from the sound of things, those sessions have been doing swimmingly.
In fact, according "frequent 1D collaborator/pal Ed Sheeran, the album's already finished. Though, for the first time, it won't feature any of his tunes — not because he wasn't asked to contribute, but because he's just been too busy trying to wrap up his new record.
"I haven't done any songs on this one; I've actually kind of cut myself from giving any people songs at the moment, because I want to make my album," Sheeran said. "I was approached, and it wasn't so much a 'No,' it was just a 'I want to write tunes for myself at the moment.'
"Once my album's done, then we'll see," he added. "But their album is already finished."
Of course, it's not exactly clear what 1D album Sheeran was referring to: A spokesperson for their label, Columbia, told MTV News that "the guys are still very much working on their new album," and added that it wasn't the soundtrack to the group's upcoming "This Is Us" movie, either, since "there won't be one released with the film." At press time, there's still no firm release date for the group's new studio album, though we do know One Directoin will be re-teaming with McFly's Tom Fletcher and producer Julian Bunetta on the disc.
Last month, Bunetta told MTV News that he'd spent time with the guys in the studio, though he didn't reveal whether or not their collaborations would ever see the light of day.
"[We were] hanging out, working on a few new things," he said. "Obviously, we're working on new music, but they didn't say what the new music is for. It might be for nothing. It might only be for my ears ... or it might be something that gets put out for the world to hear."

ROLL CALL: Chris Brown Confirms Split From Rihanna: Not Into 'Wife-ing Somebody That Young'

Chris Brown and Rihanna spotted at the 55th Annual Grammy Awards at Staples Center in Los Angeles on February 10, 2013 -- Getty Images

And Yet Another Split : We've lost track of how many times it is at this point, but it appears Chris Brown and Rihanna have split yet again. After rumors that the on-again, off-again pair went their separate ways, Chris opened up about the split during an interview with Australia's 2Day radio show "The Kyle and Jackie Show." "I mean, at the end of the day, shawty doing her thang, she on the road ... It's always gonna be love. I'm just gonna do me. I'm a grown man. Just gotta fast forward," he said. "I am always going to love that person... But people have differences and people have different wants and needs. And at the end of the day, she's a young girl. I can't really be focused on wife-ing somebody that young... And I'm young too. So I can't focus on that right now. I just need to fast forward and be a man and be the best Chris Brown I can be, instead of worrying about whoever else is going to be in my side pocket." We're glad RiRi is no longer in anybody's "side pocket"!

Amanda Bynes Posts Racy Photos on Twitter

The list of strange things Amanda Bynes has done just gotten a little longer.

On Wednesday, the 25-year-old tweeted a series of topless photos of herself in racy black undergarments, which might have been sexy if taken out of context.
But thinking about what's come before it, well, it just seems a little sad.
In the last year, Bynes has been arrested for DUI and other reckless driving offenses, reportedly locked herself in a dressing room for nearly two hours, and has posted plenty of seriously strange tweets. Bynes talked about wanting Drake to "murder" her lady parts and suing media outlets that wrote about her exploits, and showed off changes to her appearance, such as piercing her cheeks and shaving one side of her head via pics on the social media site.

Still, the "What I Like About You" actress has continued to insist that all is well with her. "I have no clue [why people say I'm insane]," Bynes told In Touch this week. "Every time I've heard it, it came from an ugly person's mouth, so I don't care."

She added that, "The only ones lying about me having a mental illness are people I don't talk to."
The former child star also ruled out a traditional cause of bad behavior.
"I don't drink," she said. "I'm allergic to alcohol."
So, it sounds like everything is fine!

Daft Punk's Random Access Memories: Dance Music Is Dead

How Daft Punk rediscovered dance's roots, and reimagined the genre's future, in Bigger Than The Sound.

Dance music has always been about liberation, from juke-joint boogie woogies to discotheque dramas, the rec-room breaks that begat hip-hop and the heady house music that brought together poseurs and punters alike.

That may seem like an oversimplification (which is sort of necessary when considering a genre as fractious as dance), but it doesn't have to be: Sure, sharecroppers found release in ragtime and black and Latino youth — both gay and straight — drew empowerment from disco, but there's a reason Primal Scream tacked Peter Fonda's "We wanna be free to do what we wanna do!" speech to the beginning of "Loaded" ... liberation, it seems, comes in many forms.
To further that analogy, consider today's EDM, which seems to exist largely for kids to liberate themselves from their clothing. And because of that, the genre finds itself at a bit of a crossroads: Sure, it's never been bigger, but it's hard to argue that it's ever been more lunkheaded ... say what you will about the Chemical Brothers' run in the late '90s, but at least they were smart enough to make a song like "The Private Psychedelic Reel."
Given that, it's difficult to see where Daft Punk fit in. For an act so revered, their influence on today's mega DJs seems fleeting at best — save their now legendary live shows, which set the gold-standard against which all shall be judged. It's been eight years since their last true album, Human After All, and in that time, dance music has mutated into something neither of them could have imagined. The cheekiness of "Around The World" or "One More Time" has been abandoned in favor of walloping tracks that seem better suited to sports-drink spots or Nicki Minaj singles. Things are certainly Harder, Faster and Stronger, but they are not necessarily Better.
Which is why their new Random Access Memories album makes so much sense: Rather than attempt to dig through the present, they're rediscovering the past. It is not a reinvention so much as it is a revolution; their attempt to liberate themselves from dance music entirely.
Within reason, of course. Because, as you can gather from first single "Get Lucky," there's still plenty to boogie to on Memories (the album version of the track, in particular, stretches out into an opulent disco jam). The other Pharrell feature, "Lose Yourself To Dance" is flash-fried funk that's still gooey in the middle, building on guitars and handclaps before gradually fading away on the duo's lithe robo-vocals. "Doin' It Right," which features Animal Collective member Panda Bear, works itself into a syncopated shuffle based on little more than the interplay between voices and some electronic drums. And the album's most epic track, "Giorgio by Moroder," begins with an extended monologue by Moroder himself, pauses momentarily with a goosebump-raising drop — "My name is Hansjörg Moroder ... but you can call me Giorgio" — then blasts off with fuzzed-out guitar, strings, bubbly bass and even some laser bursts for good measure. You will dance until you drop.
So, having said all that, why do I consider this album to be such a dramatic statement? It's the little things, the attention to detail — the sumptuous production flourishes, the unmistakable live feel of the record, the fact they cared enough to get the dude who played guitar on Thriller to jam on the record — the homages to pioneers like Moroder (large spaces of Memories recall some of his best work, particularly the "Midnight Express" soundtrack) and Nile Rodgers, and the sheer ambition and scope of the project. But mostly because, despite its many dance-inducing moments, this is not purely a dance record.
Instead, Random Access Memories is a good old fashioned odyssey: Songs like the lengthy, multi-suite "Touch" (featuring Paul Williams of "Rainbow Connection" fame), the morose "Within" the wide-screen sized "Beyond" and the lush, liquescent "Motherboard" require repeated listens, preferably in a darkened room with the inebriant of your choice. It is decidedly moodier than anything Daft Punk have done before, not to mention more atmospheric and emotive ... if anything, the robots have never seemed more human. Which may be tough for folks expecting the spiritual sequel to Homework; if anything, this seems like the logical successor to Human After All.
In a lot of ways, Random Access Memories seems like the only possible response to dance music in 2013, a lumbering beast Daft Punk are at least somewhat responsible for creating. They had to go backwards — to the regal, joyous expanses of the disco era — in order to move forward, and in doing so, they've created something entirely new: the first opulent, over-the-top, one-hundred-percent organic epic of the decade. It's also the least Daft Punk album of their careers, which is definitely the point. Like I said, liberation comes in many forms. Will the kids like it? Probably not ... but hey, the shirtless masses can at least take solace in this fact: Apparently, Ultra was sick this year.

Miley Cyrus Strips Down for Racy Photo Shoot, Talks Liam Hemsworth Split Rumors

Miley certainly "Can't Be Tamed."

The singer leaves little to the imagination in a new photo shoot for V Magazine (but wow, those Pilates classes are paying off, though!). In the  provocative punk rock shoot, Liam Hemsworth's fiancé goes both topless and pants-less.
If you can peel your eyes away from the photos for a minute, Cyrus, 20, also sheds more insight into the ongoing saga in the media surrounding her relationship status.
“I’m not home with my boyfriend all the time. We work,” she reveals. "Every week it’s ‘Are they broken up? Because we don’t see a photo of them.' I don’t have time to go to Starbucks with my boyfriend every morning. I wish I did, but I don’t. I’d rather chill at my house and be there for the time I actually get to spend with him."
Miley Cyrus (Mario Testino for V Magazine)Continues the "Ashtrays and Heartbreaks" singer:
“He gets up to work out at six and I come home at five from the studio. I put this record before everything, and I’ve never done that with anything. I’ve put too much into this record to put anything else in front of it.”
In fact, Cyrus even dropped a hint as to what a typical night is like at home with Hemsworth, 23.
"I was listening to what me and [Pharrell] worked on last night and I had Liam’s little nieces over and they were all dancing to it, and then his brother came in and was like, 'Is this the stuff with Pharrell? It’s so dope!'" she explains while talking about her new music. "That’s exactly what I wanted to do."
Cyrus -- who is gearing up for a press blitz to promote her new album -- also chatted recently with Elle UK about her home life.
“We have a house together and dogs. It just seems right to be wearing this ring and to be committed,” Cyrus says. “But, we keep our relationship low-key and don’t talk about it any more.”

Diplo And Skrillex Reveal Their Surprising New Group: Jack U

Duo to debut project at Diplo's Mad Decent Block Parties this summer.

When Diplo released the lineup for his infamous Mad Decent Block Parties on Tuesday, he also revealed another important bit of news: He and Skrillex are now collaborating on a new project called Jack U.

When the highly anticipated lineup was released with the name Jack U alongside the likes of Flosstradamus, Dillon Francis, Riff Raff, Major Lazer and Big Gigantic, it opened up a pretty critical question: Who and what is Jack U? Diplo took to Twitter to address the inquiry: "Jack u ... Means skrillex+diplo together."

Although this musical project is a surprising revelation, the two super DJ/producers are far from strangers. They both recently spoke at the International Music Summit about electronic music and social media, and they debuted a YouTube video channel together earlier this year alongside master turntablist A-Trak.
The YouTube channel POTATO will be a platform for both video and audio premieres, as well as other original content. The DJs even quote MTV's original slogan in their press release: "You'll never look at music the same way again." Since Skrillex, Diplo and A-Trak are each the head of their own record label (OWSLA, Mad Decent and Fool's Gold, respectively), and there is the additional partnership of Jack U to add to their music repertoire, it seems POTATO will not be running out of quality programming anytime soon.
With the wild success and imagination of both producers' other collective musical projects behind them, fans will have to wait until their July 7 debut to find out what Skrillex and Diplo will sound like sharing a stage.
The official Mad Decent Block Parties lineup includes: 3Ball MTY, A Tribe Called Red, Baauer, Big Gigantic, Clockwork, Danny Brown, Destructo, Dillon Francis, Diplo, Dirty South Joe, DJ Dus, DJ Sega, DJ Sliink, ETC! ETC!, Flosstradamus, Grandtheft, Griz, HeRobust, Jack U, Jahan Lennon, Keys N Krates, Kito & Reija Lee, Lunice, Major Lazer, Matt & Kim, Nadastrom, Paul Devro, RiFF RAFF, RL Grime, Rockie Fresh, Samo Sound Boy, Sasha Go Hard, SBTRKT (DJ Set), Skream, Smalltown DJs, Swizzymack, The Partysquad, Thugli, Torro Torro and Zeds Dead.
