Farrah Abraham Sells Her Sex Tape for Less Than She Wanted

Farrah Abraham (Splash News)"Teen Mom" Farrah Abraham wouldn't admit to having a sex tape last week. This week, she's reportedly collecting big bucks for it!
Abraham, 21, has inked a deal with Vivid Entertainment to distribute the sexually explicit video she made with porn star James Deen for -- are you ready for it? -- "close to $1 million," according to TMZ.
The transaction comes less than two weeks after Abraham went round and round with Dr. Phil on his talk show about the reason the tape existed and what it is exactly. (For the record, it features Abraham in some compromising positions with Deen.)
"I did not make a porn video," she insisted, adding that she hired a company to find a porn actor for the low-brow project to keep it professional. "I made my own personal video. My personal video does not show any other male's face. He is just like the prop in the background. It's more about me. I'm celebrating my body, and I'm showing my feminine side. This is something that never should have been talked about publicly, because it was something that I personally wanted when I'm older. I want those sexy photos of me of my best year."
Deen revealed the existence of the tape to the public after she was seen with Abraham and asked about their connection.
While Abraham's payday seems hefty for a former reality star, it's a lot less than the amount she told Dr. Phil she wanted.

She informed the doc that her legal team and personal advisers were looking into the possibility of selling her odd keepsake, but that the offer "would have to be for more than $2 million." Apparently, she changed her mind!
"I am happy with the seven figure settlement I have reached, with who I feel to be the best adult entertainment company in the industry, Vivid," Abraham said in a statement. "This is a risk for me to take, however I feel comfortable having given the rights to Vivid, a company I know can handle the media and press surrounding my sexuality."
She continued, "I am very pleased with the outcome and to have this opportunity to be an entrepreneur in another unexpected light in my life. I look forward to my future goals of completing my Masters degree, focusing on being a great mother for my daughter as well as many other culinary business endeavors in the future."

Vivid's Steven Hirsch explained the appeal of the video, which goes on sale at vivid.com on May 6 and in stores nationwide on May 14, in a statement on the company's website.
"We went after this movie as vigorously as any sex tape we've ever pursued," Hirsch said. "We felt it was definitely worth it, not only because of Farrah's popularity, but because the footage itself is amazing."
Oh, and there was one more thing.
"Farrah's looks remind me of a young Kim Kardashian, and we all know how her story turned out."
Yes, we do.

See Neil Patrick Harris as Sherlock Holmes

is the epitome of a true Renaissance man. He's a big TV star, Broadway singer and dancer, serious magician, and even serves as the voice of a Disney theme park ride.

This week, Harris showed he may have a little interest in detective work (and pipe smoking) when he launched his new Instagram account with an inaugural photo of himself dressed up in an elaborate Sherlock Holmes costume. And he pulled out all the stops, accessorizing with a houndstooth cape, matching hat, magnifying glass, and, of course that signature pipe. Fiancé David Burtka played Watson to his beau's Holmes, donning a newsboy cap, bowtie, fake mustache, eyeglasses and holding a cup of tea.
And there was a good reason for the costumes: "At our great friends, Becky Baeling & Kris Lythgoe's murder mystery wedding," he captioned the pic. "The game, as they say, is afoot."
Instagram
Harris already has a whopping 5.7 million Twitter followers keeping tabs on his witty observations and fun pics, so it was only a matter of time before the 39-year-old took the next social media step. So far, 48,000 fans have begun following the "How I Met Your Mother" star on Instagram, but he's starting out slow.
Since opening an account (username: Instagranph), the actor has only put up three pics including the Sherlock Homes shot, and an adorable pic of his and Burtka's 2-year-old twins Harper and Gideon, who look as if they've stepped straight out of a magazine ad in matching leather jackets (his is blue, hers is tan), rain boots, and little jeans.
And then there was this mysterious photo of a horse pulling whoever took the picture (we're assuming Harris?) through a ranch with a barn in the distance. "Took a drive today," Harris wrote. "It took a while."
Sorry, Neil, we'd rather see more pics of the kiddies … or you as another detective. Maybe Columbo next time around?

Justin Bieber - Shirtless With Selena Gomez (Photo)

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez -- Instagram

It appears Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are happily "Jelena" once more.
The Biebs, 19, posted a semi-racy photo of the apparently-on-again couple to his Instagram account on Friday night.
In the black and white picture, a shirtless Justin is seen working on his laptop, while Selena sits behind him, with her arms wrapped around his waist.
"'You've been makin music for too long babe come cuddle' - her," Justin captioned the pic.
The photo is the latest in a string of hints dropped by the couple suggesting they've reunited since their Novemeber 2012 breakup.
Last weekend, Justin posted - then quickly deleted - a photo of himself and the "Come & Get It" singer getting very cozy.
The photo tease came on the heels of a report that the duo was spotted packing on the PDA in Norway, as previously reported on AccessHollywood.com.

"They were holding hands, hugging and they kissed on the lips," a source, who spotted the pair in Oslo where Justin was performing, told People at the time. "They looked really in love, like no fights ever happened before."
Adding, "It definitely looked like they were back together."

Reese Witherspoon Cancels Appearances as Arrest Video Hits the Web

It's not all business as usual for Reese Witherspoon following her arrest.

While the 37-year-old actress put on her game face to attend Sunday's premiere of "Mud" and issued a candid apology for her "embarrassing" behavior during her disorderly conduct bust, she's not ready to be in the hot seat just yet. She has canceled appearances on "Good Morning America" and "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon," as well as at the TV junket for "Mud."

In addition to skipping a press event on Monday for her latest film, Witherspoon pulled out of a "GMA" interview, which was to air on Wednesday. She also scrapped a sit-down with Fallon on Tuesday. No word on whether the appearances will be rescheduled.
[Related: Reese Isn't Alone: The Craziest Things Arrested Stars Have Said to Cops]
This decision comes as new arrest footage of Witherspoon hits the Internet. The local Fox affiliate in Atlanta -- where the Oscar winner was taken into custody for allegedly becoming belligerent while her husband, CAA talent agent Jim Toth, was being arrested for a DUI on Friday morning -- has footage of the mom of three in handcuffs.

But Witherspoon certainly has her supporters, one of whom is her "Mud" co-star and friend Matthew McConaughey. No stranger to a very public arrest -- bongos anyone? -- he thinks she's handling it well.
"I'm happy to see that she seems the kind of woman who did what she did: Come out and be forthright about it. Look it in the eye and be forthright," McConaughey told "Access Hollywood" on Monday.
And while the actress did some damage control with her public apology -- she noted she was "disrespectful to the officer" and "deeply embarrassed about the things I said" -- her husband is doing so as well. A source close to Toth -- who blew a .139 on his sobriety test, well above Georgia's legal limit of .08 -- told People magazine he "feels awful that he involved Reese in the situation. He made a bad decision and it certainly made things worse that he dragged her into it."
A source close to Toth also told the magazine that he could soon check himself into a treatment facility, noting, "No one would be surprised if Jim goes to rehab."

Porsha Stewart Learned Husband Kordell Stewart Filed for Divorce Through Twitter

Porsha Stewart Learned Husband Kordell Stewart Filed for Divorce Through Twitter

When Porsha Stewart said she was blindsided by husband Kordell Stewart filing for divorce, she meant it. The 31-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta star visited Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live Sunday, April 21 and opened up about her shocking split from the NFL star.
One week after Stewart defended her husband on the Housewives reunion special amidst allegations he was "too controlling," the 40-year-old former quarterback filed for divorce on March 22 following less than two years of marriage.
"I was totally blindsided. At the reunion I did feel some kind of way because I did want my husband there with me. I was standing strong representing for my family," Stewart explained. "But when I found out about the divorce, it was absolutely a surprise."

The Bravo star recalled waking up from a nap to see missed calls from her sister. "She said, 'Have you heard?' And I'm like, 'Heard what?' So I went to Twitter and the first thing I see is, 'Kordell divorcing Porsha,'" she said. "And I'm like this is just a crazy joke . . . I found out from Twitter."
She then went and confronted her husband, who was in the next room. "I asked my husband had he filed," she said. Without revealing his answer, she added, "Long story short, I just felt very disappointed and let down. When I got married, I meant it for life. I always said I would never get a divorce unless he cheated on me or something like that . . . I was heartbroken, like I am still right now."
Adding to the heartbreak? The Georgia native revealed that she and her estranged husband are actually still living in the same house. "It's a difficult, difficult situation right now," she shared. "It's something that I did not want at all. I had asked, 'Can we work this out? Can we go to counseling?' What you saw at the reunion was a wife trying her last try. When you are married, I feel like you have to put 150 percent into your marriage no matter what. And if it doesn't work, you need to be able to walk away and say, 'I tried.' No matter what."
"It ain't always gonna be easy and it ain't always gonna be a happy situation. But when you have made a vow to that man and the child that you have in your home, you owe them that," she added of her estranged husband, who is father to son Syre with an ex-girlfriend. "So I feel like, at the end of the day, it was just a betrayal that I suffered from and that's something that I'm going to have to move on with. But at least I know I put in my best."

Beyonce Rocks 'Nipple' Bodysuit For 'Mrs. Carter' Tour Kickoff

Queen Bey got her tour started in Serbia with nonstop hits and some eye-catching looks.

Eye-catching is just one of the words that could be used to describe Beyoncé's just-launched Mrs. Carter Show Tour. Queen Bey kicked off the jaunt on Monday night in Belgrade, Serbia, at the Kombank Arena. Not only did she bust out some of her biggest tunes, but she stunned the crowd in a number of dazzling, even provocative looks.

In photos taken at the show, Bey rocks any number of sparkly bodysuits, including a glowing black cat-suit and a sparkly Janet Jackson-inspired baseball cap (with cat ears!). But there's one look in particular that's sure to shock the BeyHive. At one point during the show, Beyoncé hits the stage in a gold-sequined bodysuit that accentuates her chest in a way that leaves very little to the imagination. While fans don't actually see anything, the bedazzled get-up makes it appear that the pop star's chest is on full display — with, well, erect nipples.
As for the set list making the rounds online, new tunes from Bey's highly anticipated album were noticeably missing. And while she has dropped the single "Bow Down/ I Been On" and teased "Grown Woman" in a Pepsi ad, she kept the set list to previously released jams on the first night of her tour.
According to a Just Jared report, Beyoncé begins the night with her anthem "Run the World (Girls)." From there, it's more hits from her solo albums, as well as a little Destiny's Child sprinkled in. "I just have to say, I'm so happy to be here tonight," she told her Serbian fans in a video posted online before asking them to join her in singing "Irreplaceable."
Bey wraps up with the inspiring ballad "Halo" and "Green Light" as her outro. She''ll play Croatia on Wednesday and the tour will continue around the globe over the next couple months, with stops in Paris, Milan and London, among others. In June, she'll kick off the Stateside leg of the jaunt at Los Angeles' Staples Center with the Mrs. Carter Show slated to end in August at Brooklyn's Barclays Center.

Macaulay Culkin Lashes Out at the Paparazzi

Well, we know exactly where Macaulay Culkin is now.
The 32-year-old, who's known for starring in the blockbuster "Home Alone" movies as a kid and dating Mila Kunis for eight years until 2011, popped up in the United Kingdom this week when he had a confrontation with the paparazzi.

Culkin lashed out at one of the photographers in the pack of paparazzos surrounding him as he left friend Adam Green's concert at The Haunt nightclub in Brighton, England, about 60 miles outside of London, around 1 a.m. On Tuesday. He lunged at the photog, shouted at him, and told him to "go to hell," according to the Daily Mail. The newspaper also noted that Culkin was wearing the same clothes he'd worn the day before.
When contacted by omg!, Culkin's rep responded that, "We have no comment."
Culkin's last notable film role was in 2004, when he starred alongside Mandy Moore and Jena Malone in "Saved!" However, he received a lot of attention in February 2012 when he appeared extremely thin, and again last summer when a tabloid claimed that he was addicted to heroin and painkillers and had just months to live. At the time, his rep was quick to explain that the story was "not only categorically without merit but it is also impossibly and ridiculously fictitious.

Korean rapper Psy releases single to follow "Gangnam" hit

South Korean rapper Psy released his much-anticipated new single on Thursday hoping to repeat the success of "Gangnam Style" that made him the biggest star to emerge from the growing K-pop music scene.

The video for "Gangnam Style" has become the most watched item on YouTube with more than 1.5 billion hits and Psy's horse-riding moves sparked an international dance craze.
The details of his latest single, "Gentleman", were kept under wraps until the song was released at midnight in New Zealand (1200 GMT).
The song, with a techno beat, was full of puns in Korean and contained the lines "I am a party mafia!" and the refrain, "I am a mother father gentleman".
Psy, 35, will perform "Gentleman" in public for the first time on Saturday at a concert at Seoul's World Cup stadium but he has been coy about what dance to expect this time, except to hint that it is based on traditional Korean moves.
"All Koreans know this dance but (those in) other countries haven't seen it," Psy told South Korean television last week.
He has asked fans to wear white to Saturday's event and his stylist told Reuters last month that the concept for the new song would again be a formal suit with "an unexpected twist of fun".
In "Gangnam Style", written as a commentary on materialism in the wealthy Seoul suburb of Gangnam, Psy was decked out in sunglasses, a white dress shirt, bow tie and tuxedo jackets.
The song racked up 3.59 million digital sales last year in the United States and Canada, according to Nielsen SoundScan and Nielsen BDS, putting it ninth in the best-selling list. It was third on Amazon's MP3 song bestseller list for 2012.
"Gangnam Style" catapulted Psy to global fame after an rocky career in the music business over the past decade.
Psy, whose real name is Park Jae-sang, graduated from the Berklee College of Music in the United States and made his debut in 2001 with the album "PSY from the Psycho World".
But he ran into trouble with the authorities for "inappropriate" content in the lead song on that album, which was seen as sexually suggestive. He was also charged with possession of marijuana in 2002.
Since then he has released five more albums.
Psy's brash style - at a concert last year he parodied Lady Gaga, complete with fake breasts that he set on fire - stands in stark contrast to the squeaky clean singers that dominate K-pop which is finding an increasingly large international audience.
A Music Industry White Paper published by the Korean Creative Content Agency said sales of K-pop outside Korea surged 135 percent in 2011 from a year earlier to $196 million. In 2006 overseas sales were worth $16.7 million.
Psy acknowledged last month that the stress of following up Gangnam was taking its toll.
He tweeted a picture of himself covering his face at a recording studio, with the caption: "The pain of creation."

Reebok drops Rick Ross after controversy over lyrics

Athletic goods retailer Reebok on Thursday terminated its relationship with rapper Rick Ross, whose song featuring lyrics that seem to boast about drugging and raping a woman has caused an uproar.

"While we do not believe that Rick Ross condones sexual assault, we are very disappointed he has yet to display an understanding of the seriousness of this issue or an appropriate level of remorse," Reebok, a subsidiary of Germany company Adidas, said in a statement.
"At this time, it is in everyone's best interest for Reebok to end its partnership with Mr. Ross," it said.
Ross had an endorsement deal with the company and promoted its shoes in print and TV commercials.
Women's rights organizations and some politicians have been calling for protests and boycotts over the Miami-based rapper's song "U.O.E.N.O.," a January release that contains lyrics that seem to refer to drugging and having sex with a woman who is unaware of what is happening.
Some radio stations dropped the record from their playlists, a parents' watchdog protested and women's rights advocates have posted video on YouTube objecting to the song.
The song contains the lines: "Put molly all in her champagne, she ain't even know it, I took her home and I enjoyed that, she ain't even know it." Molly is slang for the drug MDMA.
Ross denied the lyric in question condones rape, saying the lyrics have been misinterpreted.

Drake Calls Out Chris Brown's 'Insecurities,' Says Rihanna Fell Into His Lap

'At one point in life the woman that he loves fell into my lap,' Drake tells 'Keep It Thoro' of Chris Brown and Rihanna.

0413-drake-rihanna-chris-brown-tmz

In song Drake is usually calm, measured and economical with his words, even when dealing in rap beef. On Friday (April 12) however, fans saw a different side of Drake when he went up to radio and took loud and direct shots at Chris Brown, while urging the media to just leave the drama alone.

"Don't ask me sh-- about that man when I come up there and leave that man alone. Stop preying on his insecurities," Drake told hip-hop journalist Elliott Wilson when he appeared on his "Keep It Thoro" Internet radio show, before bringing things a level higher and referencing Breezy's main squeeze Rihanna. "His insecurities are the fact that I make better music than him, that I'm more popping than him and that at one point in life the woman that he loves fell into my lap.
"I did what a real n---a would do and treated her with respect," he continued, while being vague.
Drake seemed particularly bothered about the last round of interviews that Chris Brown did when he visited New York City in March, where he had to field constant questions about their beef. "All them things combined create an individual that comes up to your radio station and is just gonna do dumb sh--. It shouldn't be about tearing that man down. It shouldn't be about wanting to see me and him tear each other down," he barked. "We have an issue and it's either gonna drag out or maybe in ten years we'll laugh about it over drinks, just let us solve that sh--."
On March 29 Brown dropped some rap bars on Young Jeezy's "R.I.P." remix and suggested that Drake "come out the closet." Drizzy didn't seem overly concerned about a potential battle, a contest that he feels he'd win anyway. "I don't wanna hear that man rap, nobody wants to hear me rap against him. I really do this sh--," he boasted.
Nothing good can come from a Drake versus Chris Brown beef, Drizzy says and overall he is just focused on putting on his upcoming album Nothing Was the Same. "I'm not thinking about that man at all, or that girl, straight up," he said.

Coachella 2013: Skrillex, Blur, Stone Roses Bring The Noise

Dog Blood and a reunited Jurassic 5 steal the festival's first night.

Skrillex and Boys Noize at Coachella on Friday

INDIO, California — On an opening day that featured Coachella's always-eclectic buffet, serving up British favorites Blur and the Stone Roses, the festival's Friday night was without question stolen by the Skrillex project Dog Blood and a reunited Jurassic 5 in full force.
Dog Blood (Skrillex and Boys Noize) set off the 2013 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival's Sahara tent with an energetic blend of house, electro, hip-hop, and, of course, dirty dubstep. Skrill proved why he's his generation's most popular DJ, getting into Diplo territory — who performs Saturday (April 13) as part of Major Lazer — with African and reggae beats. The duo even worked in Die Antwoord's "Fatty Boom Boom."
Jurassic 5, together for the first time since announcing their split in 2007, featured Cut Chemist and DJ Nu Mark on a giant turntable and other fun toys.
Blur rocked out "Girls and Boys," their first hit from 1991's Leisure, "There's No Other Way," "Tracy Jacks" and "Song 2."
Closing out the main stage, the Stone Roses pleased their cult following with "I Wanna Be Adored," "Fools Gold," "She Bangs the Drums" and "I Am the Resurrection."
Earlier, Yeah Yeah Yeahs explored their full range — from the soft ("Maps") to arty punk ("Rich") to their '80s-inspired cut "Zero."
Tegan and Sara expressed gratitude to their devoted fan boys and girls singing along at their third Coachella performance, gushing, "We come here even when we're not playing. It's one of the best and most exciting festivals in the world, and you should be very happy to be here."
Metric paid tribute to legend Lou Reed, who canceled his performance at the festival. Before "Gimme Sympathy," singer Emily Haines professed, "In this song, we ask, 'Who would you rather be: the Beatles or the Rolling Stones?' But really, we'd rather be the Velvet Underground. And there's one person missing from this weekend," before inciting a chant of "We love you, Lou."
Later on the main stage, Modest Mouse started off slow with "Dramamine," "Ocean Breathes Salty" and "Third Planet," but later got into their weirder stuff, bringing out horns, strings for "Cowboy Dan" and their dancey '80s vibe on "The View," closing with a "Float On" singalong.
Radio darlings Of Monsters and Men got the Outside Stage swaying to their cheery hits "Little Talks" and "Mountain Sound."
And closing out the Sahara tent strong, Bassnectar mixed Kid Cudi's "Day N Nite" into his high-octane set.
Elsewhere, Johnny Marr jammed the Smiths' "How Soon Is Now?" and "There is a Light That Never Goes Out," a captivated crowd spilled outside the Mojave for Alt-J's experimental alt-rock, Jello Biafra and the Guantanamo School of Medicine inspired the weekend's first mosh pit, and a long line formed to get into the Yuma tent to see Four Tet.

Rick Ross Apologizes For Rape Lyric Again

'For me to suggest that violation be brought to a woman is one of my biggest mistakes and regrets,' Ross says after losing Reebok deal.

Rick Ross says he doesn't condone rape, and now, with the continued fallout from his protested "U.O.E.N.O." lyric leading to the loss of his deal with Reebok, the Maybach Music CEO has released an official statement apologizing for his questionable rhymes.

"Before I am an artist, I am a father, a son, and a brother to some of the most cherished women in the world. So for me to suggest in any way that harm and violation be brought to a woman is one of my biggest mistakes and regrets," the star rapper said in a statement released to the Associated Press on Friday (April 12).

"Put molly all in her champagne, she ain't even know it/ I took her home and I enjoyed that, she ain't even know it," Rozay rapped on Rocko's underground single, name-dropping the popular party drug that is often said to enhance euphoria and sexuality.
About a month after the song's release, Ross began to face heavy criticism, with fans, journalists and women's rights advocates charging that the rhyme promoted rape. The rapper went on Q 93.3 in New Orleans to attempt an apology on March 28, but instead labeled the situation a "misunderstanding" and a "misinterpretation."
Dissatisfied with Ross' statement, the rapper's opposition continued to press on and urged that Reebok, the sneaker giant that had recently signed the MC to an endorsement deal, sever ties with him. On April 4, women's rights group UltraViolet staged a protest in front of Reebok's flagship store in New York City; on the same day, the rapper tweeted out an apology. "I dont condone rape. Apologies for the #lyric interpreted as rape. #BOSS," he wrote. "Apologies to my many business partners, who would never promote violence against women. @ReebokClassics @ultraviolet."
The tweet wasn't enough to persuade the sneaker giant to continue its working relationship with Ross; on Thursday, Reebok terminated its deal with Ross.
"While we do not believe that Rick Ross condones sexual assault, we are very disappointed he has yet to display an understanding of the seriousness of this issue or an appropriate level of remorse," read a statement that Reebok issued to MTV News. "At this time, it is in everyone's best interest for Reebok to end its partnership with Mr. Ross."
As a result, the "Hold Me Back" MC issued the official apology Friday (April 12), along with another tweet. "I want to thank Reebok Classics for their hard work and dedication over this past year. Good partners, good shoe. continued success," he tweeted.

Reports: Matt Damon and Wife Luciana to Renew Vows at Caribbean Resort

How romantic!

Matt Damon and his wife of eight years Luciana have rented out the luxe Sugar Beach resort on the Caribbean island of St. Lucia to renew their vows this weekend, according to Condé Nast Traveler. Even more romantic is the fact that the couple will celebrate months after their anniversary, which is December 9.
No one at the resort was immediately available to comment on the report.
However, the two will supposedly be joined by many of their famous friends, such as George Clooney (the co-star and director of Damon's upcoming film "The Monuments Men"), bestie Ben Affleck and his wife Jennifer Garner, and possibly "Ocean's Eleven" co-star Brad Pitt and his fiancee Angelina Jolie. E! News claims that both Stanley Tucci, the brother-in-law of Damon's friend Emily Blunt, and a private plane associated with Catherine Zeta-Jones, the wife of Damon's "Liberace" co-star Michael Douglas, have been spotted near the venue.
The newly renovated Sugar Beach will definitely be ready for a house full of Hollywood A-listers. Even the most basic rooms at Sugar Beach come equipped with silky high-thread count Egyptian cotton linens, a so-called plunge pool, private patio, and walled garden, as well as access to a private terrace.
Perhaps Damon heard about the resort from Gwyneth Paltrow, his co-star in "Contagion" and "The Talented Mr. Ripley"? She and her family took a New Year's jaunt to the resort in January.
No word yet on whether the happy couple brought their four girls along for all the fun.

Kris Humphries Is a No-Show at Court Date With Kim Kardashian

According to court documents, both parties and their attorneys are being ordered to physically appear in court on April 19 at 8:30 a.m. to discuss all issues and settlement of the case. Their divorce trial is still set for May 6.

New Jersey Nets star Kris Humphries knows all about scoring on the court, but he just made a major foul at the Los Angeles courthouse.
The 28-year-old basketball star was set to appear at a mandatory hearing on April 12 at 8:30 a.m. PT to face off against his estranged wife, Kim Kardashian. The exes were supposed to try and reach a settlement in their bitter divorce. However, it looks like Humphries failed to show.
Kardashian was right on time, however, pulling up to the courthouse in a black Escalade, escorted by a bodyguard. Inside the courtroom, sources say the 32-year-old sported cream pants and covered her growing baby bump in a long silver coat. The pregnant reality star was accompanied by her legal eagle, Laura Wasser.
According to the Associated Press, Judge Hank Goldberg began the hearing shortly before 9 a.m. and sealed the proceedings, citing rules mandating confidentiality for divorce settlement discussions.
Humphries and Kardashian's divorce trial is scheduled for May 6.
With her baby with Kanye West set to arrive this summer, Kardashian said she wanted a quick resolution to her 72-day marriage to Humphries. "I do not want to be married to [Humphries] when I have my baby," Kardashian -- who filed for divorce in October 2011 -- stated in court papers filed January 24, one week before Humphries filed his own response.

Getting into hot water by missing his court date isn't the only bad news Humphries may be facing this week. Beverly Hills suit designer Scott Hill is allegedly suing Humphries for $52,000. Hill has accused the baller of stiffing him on a $6,000 bill in designer threads after he gave him a discount on suits in exchange for promising to send two NBA players to visit his shop.
A Los Angeles County courthouse official told omg! that there is currently no lawsuit on record, and Hill declined to share any court documents with omg!, but he did say, "It is a private matter between me and Mr. Humphries. God knows how the press got a hold of it. It was a business issue and I've taken issue with how he handled it."
Whether or not the allegations are true, it looks like Humphries has no shortage of legal woes.

Kristen Stewart Had a ‘Blast’ Celebrating Her Birthday With Robert Pattinson

Kristen Stewart rang in her 23rd birthday with those closest to her … including boyfriend Robert Pattinson, of course.

The "Twilight Saga" couple kicked off birthday festivities Tuesday night at Malo restaurant in the Silver Lake neighborhood of L.A. before heading to nearby No Vacancy bar to continue the celebration.
Stewart kept things casual in jeans, a white tee, and a hoodie, while Pattinson, 26, rocked a similar style.
The birthday dinner took place in the back of the trendy, yet under-the-radar Mexican restaurant. Sources tell omg! the crowd was a mix of close friends and industry types.
"Spring Breakers" star Ashley Benson was one of the famous faces in attendance.
Once dinner wrapped up shortly before 11 p.m., the group cut in half and went for more drinks at No Vacancy.
Coincidentally, there was a record release party for Hanson going on at the same time at the bar!
Pattinson and Stewart's "Twilight" co-star Nikki Reed was also at the bar, although judging by her Twitter, it seemed as if she was actually there for Hanson's party.
So, how did the birthday girl enjoy her night?
"She was having a blast," a source tells omg!. "From the beginning to the end of the night, Kristen just really seemed to be enjoying herself and letting loose."
Apparently Pattinson and Stewart busted a few moves together while dancing at No Vacancy, but for the most part the couple spent time mingling with their close pals.
"He would pull her in and sneak in a few kisses here and there," adds omg!'s source. "They are enjoying time together before work will keep them apart again."

The "My Last" rapper had fun with his new girlfriend on the carpet and struck a couple of silly poses. The twosome were rumored to be dating late last month, after Rivera attended Big Sean's surprise birthday party and exchanged a few flirty messages on Twitter, the Daily Mail reports.

Rivera certainly isn't the only Glee star making headlines lately. On April 3 that Rivera's former girlfriend on the Fox smash, Heather Morris, is expecting her first child with boyfriend Taylor Hubbell. "I haven't been working as much so I didn't really find out," Rivera told ET Canada last weekend. "I think she’ll be an amazing mom. She's an amazing person."

Just two days earlier, Glee star Cory Monteith publicly announced on April 1 that he has checked himself into rehab for substance addiction, and Rivera says she wishes her costar well. "Cory is such a great human being and he's so genuine," she told ET Canada. "He's always been nothing but amazing to me and everybody that we work with, so I'm really proud that he is taking steps to get healthy and I wish him the best."

Teen Mom’ Farrah Abraham’s Sex Tape Scandal: Everything We Know

Farrah Abraham tells Fox in a statement: "I'm a great woman, mother and entrepreneur... I wanted my own personal video made and photos taken for myself, when I am older I will have my best year to look back on."

_____
In case you haven't heard (or don't care), Farrah Abraham from "Teen Mom" and porn star James Deen have made a sex tape together.
Abraham was one of the original cast members of "Teen Mom" when the show debuted on MTV in December 2009. Abraham has one daughter, Sophia, who is now 4. Sophia's father, Derek Underwood, was killed in a car accident on December 28, 2008, two months before her birth.
Scratching your head at the name James Deen? You may recognize him as Lindsay Lohan's co-star from the drama-filled film"The Canyons."
Here is everything you need to know about the so-called sex tape:
Wait! It's Not Really a Sex Tape: Deen tells TMZ that an unidentified porn company contacted him over the weekend to shoot the film, and that Abraham -- the head schemer -- wanted to pass the porn off as a "sex tape." That plan fell apart when both parties were photographed leaving the Vivid Entertainment offices holding hands. So, that's how the sex tape just became a regular porno!
Farrah: What Tape? The MTV star inarticulately denied such a tape existed. "I don't ... exist ... anything about that," she told TMZ, mumbling something about legal threats. Abraham then posted this on Twitter:
Well They Held Hands, So Are they Dating?!: Don't worry. Deen and Abraham just want to have sex on camera, there are no feelings involved. As Deen told E! News, they are "not dating at all."
"Holding hands was to build chemistry and help make her more comfortable," Deen continued. "I try to be nice to everyone and holding hands is the bees knees, so I figured it was a harmless way to help make her more comfortable before she had sex with a stranger. I always want everyone to leave the set smiling."
The jig is up! Abraham finally came around to acknowledging the tape. The 21-year-old is blaming Deen for her "sex tape leak" plan falling through since he couldn't keep his mouth shut about shooting the film. Oh, and Abraham also said she would have rather shot the tape with ex-boyfriend Derek Underwood.
Still, Farrah and James Had Fun Having Sex! If this whole story hasn't been TMI already, then read on and rest easy knowing it was, like, such a great experience shooting this video. "It was very amazingly awesome," Deen said. Even Vivid founder and co-chairman Steve Hirsch says the pair had great chemistry and the film is "amazing to watch." In fact the film is so good, Farrah says she wants at least a couple million dollars to release it. Will that make Abraham's mom finally face the facts?

Victoria’s Secret Has ‘No Plans’ to Stop Working With Miranda Kerr

Has Miranda Kerr had her wings clipped?

Us Weekly reports that Orlando Bloom's wife is being let go as a Victoria's Secret Angel after her $1 million, three-year contract "was not renewed."
The reason? Her difficult reputation and the fact Kerr "is not a big seller for VS," sources tell the mag.
When reached for comment about the report, omg! was told "Victoria's Secret does not comment on the status of their models contracts."
However, it does sound like Kerr still has lingerie days ahead of her.
"Miranda Kerr is one of the best models in the history of the business - and easily one of the most popular," President and Chief Marketing Officer Ed Razek tells omg!. "She is also a consummate professional. Any rumors to the contrary are simply untrue."
"While her international commitments have kept her away from us more than we'd like over the past few years, she will always be an Angel to me," Razek continues in a statement. "We have no plans to stop working with her. In fact, I've already invited her to walk the runway in this year's fashion show and, happily, she's agreed."
So, it sounds like Kerr will still work with Victoria's Secret, but whether or not her contract is renewed remains to be seen.
Alessandra Ambrosio, Candice Swanepoel, and Adriana Lima are still on board as Angels (for now).

Jada Pinkett Smith and Hollywood's Open Marriage Trend

If you were in a celebrity marriage, would you allow your husband to cheat?

Jada Pinkett Smith opened up about this very topic on Thursday when during an interview with HuffPo Live, she addressed longstanding rumors that she and her husband of 15 years Will Smith are allowed to sleep with other people. "I've always told Will, 'You can do whatever you want as long as you can look at yourself in the mirror and be okay," said Pinkett Smith. "Because at the end of the day, Will is his own man. I'm here as his partner, but he is his own man. He has to decide who he wants to be and that's not for me to do for him. Or vice versa."

It's not the first time one half of the power couple as spoken out about their unconventional relationship. In 2008, Will Smith told British magazine Now, "Our perspective is, you don’t avoid what’s natural and you’re going to be attracted to people. If it came down to it, then one would say to the other: 'Look, I need to have sex with somebody. Now I’m not going to do it if you don’t approve of it.'"

Hollywood isn't exactly known for its successful marriage rates—seems like you can't walk by a newsstand without seeing headlines such as "$200 million dollar divorce!" or "Details of their shocking split"—but there are a handful of couples who do seem happily wed with one caveat: They're in open marriages. In 2010, comedian Mo'Nique told Barbara Walters that her husband Sidney Hicks is allowed to sleep with other people. "Could Sid have sex outside of his marriage with me? Yes. That's not a deal breaker. That's not something that would make us say, 'Pack your things and let's end the marriage.' What if it's 20 times? So what? We've been best friends for over 25 years, and we truly know who we are. Often times, people get into marriages and they don't know who they're laying next to. I'm very comfortable and secure with my husband."

Angelina Jolie and her maybe/maybe not husband Brad Pitt are rumored to have permission to see other people with Jolie once telling German magazine Das Neue that she didn't believe fidelity was "essential to a relationship."  And in 2012, reality star Bethenny Frankel announced on her talk show that she and now-soon-to-be ex-husband Jason Hoppy agreed to give each other a free pass if the other ever met their celebrity crushes (his, Angelina Jolie; hers Taylor Kitsch).

Is this arrangement crazy or realistic? Its no secret that people are becoming more wary of marriage as an institution. For starters, fewer people are getting hitched in the first place, with only 51 percent of adults married, compared with 72 percent in 1960, according to a recent study conducted by Pew Research Center. And on Thursday the CDC released data which found that couples are exchanging house keys at much higher rates than wedding vows and choosing to live together for much longer periods of time than ever before.

And that's just in real-people world—while there are no official stats on the divorce rate in Hollywood, it make sense that when you mix two gorgeous celebrities (who typically crave validation and attention), boatloads of cash and fame, sexual temptation is bound to occur. What's more, these people have more opportunity to stray than normal folks. Toss in screaming, obsessed fans who often go to great lengths to throw themselves at celebrities, bodyguards who can arrange discreet hook-ups at the drop of a non-disclosure agreement, and movie roles that require celebs to get naked with other gorgeous co-stars, it's a head-scratcher why the famous get married in the first place. For the ones that do, having an open marriage may simply be a logical lifestyle for two people who don't have much of a fighting chance of staying faithful in the first place.

Sounds sensible, right? Well, this type of arrangement can get messy, even with the strictest of ground rules. A source told Radar Online that Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher reportedly had an open marriage (“They would have threesomes. Demi liked women and Ashton would bring another woman into their relationship for flings, but they both agreed to it") however Moore was humiliated when Kutcher's fling with San Diego administrative assistant Sara Leal went public and she filed for divorce. And Pink and motocross star Carey Hart allegedly separated in 2007 because their reported "Don't ask, don't tell" policy caused too much tension in their marriage.

In the end, celebrity marriages will all play out differently regardless if monogamy is on the table. And we'll continue to be rapt audiences.

Bethenny Frankel: 6 Things You May Not Have Guessed

When Bethenny Frankel hopped onto television screens as a member of the first cast of "Real Housewives of New York City" in 2008, nobody could have imagined that she’d inevitably become a household name.

The 38-year-old mogul built the Skinnygirl empire, which now includes health snacks from her Skinnygirl Daily and an entire cocktail collection, which boasts more than just margaritas.
What’s more? She’s snagged herself her own daytime talk show, which hits screens this Fall.
Frankel has lived most of her adult life in the public eye, but the brunette bombshell shared a couple little known fun facts about her personal life at a recent event in New York City. Check them out!
Fun Fact #1: She’s a bit of a shoe fanatic! “I do have a lot of shoes (more than 100, her assistant says) and I do wear heels a lot. I try to look kinda cute when I leave the house. But having a child and pushing that stroller – you feel like an idiot!”
Fun Fact # 2: Frankel says she’s tried almost every crazy fad diet under the sun, including the Atkins Diet and several cleanses, which she explains didn’t sit well with her. “I think these crazy diets are stupid. If you want cake on Tuesday morning, you should have cake. But then have a salad for lunch. Your diet is your bank account.”
Fun Fact #3: The hot mom says her daughter, Bryn, who will be 3 next month, eats off the regular menu when they eat out. “I don’t let Bryn eat off the kid’s menu. It’s all chicken fingers and macaroni and cheese.”
Fun Fact #4: “I don’t work out that often, maybe two or three times a week, but I try to be consistent about it. Women are very extreme and obsessive about working out and eating. I think you should do what you can, when you can.”
Fun Fact #5: When she does have time to take classes, the petite powerhouse says she doesn’t mind trying new workouts like a stiletto boot camp. “I love that it feels sexy and it was fun. I think it’s good for women to feel good about themselves, feel sexy, try something different, laugh a little bit. And it feels kinda slutty – in a good way!”
Fun Fact #6: Frankel thinks some of the hottest bodies in Hollywood belong to women who have killer curves. “Someone like Sofia Vergara, who is so voluptuous. I think it’s wonderful that there are these nice juicy bodies that are in right now. I feel like that’s what a women looks like.”

Ray J Snipes at Kanye West, Kim Kardashian with 'I Hit It First' Single Art

Ray J Snipes at Kanye West, Kim Kardashian with 'I Hit It First' Single Art

Ray J apparently can't quite quit Kim Kardashian. Years after the pair dated -- and co-starred in an infamous 2007 sex tape -- Ray J seems to be taking aim at his ex and her current boyfriend, Kanye West, in his upcoming single "I Hit It First."

He revealed the track's single art on Twitter on Friday. The art, in the censored, pixelated style of West's My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy covers, appears to be a blocky reproduction of a photo of Kardashian, as evidenced by Global Grind. The site further reports that the song is rumored to include the line, "Now that I'm finished, she's on to Mr. West," after referencing sexual activities he previously engaged in with the mom-to-be.
Before dating Ray J, Kardashian was married to producer Damon Thomas, making the accuracy of the new song's title unlikely. She later married basketball player Kris Humphries, who escapes this round unscathed.

Kim Kardashian Bares Baby Belly (New Photo)

Kim Kardashian shows off her baby belly, April 6, 2013 -- Kim Kardashian/Twitpic

Kim Kardashian enjoys sharing glimpses of her personal life with her 17.6 million Twitter followers and Saturday was no exception.
The 32-year-old mom-to-be posted a self-taken photo of herself wearing black leggings with a white T-shirt rolled up, exposing her baby bump.
"Baby love," the reality star - whose baby with Kanye West is due in July - captioned the photo.
Kim has taken a lot of heat for her growing figure in recent weeks (including being dubbed "fat" and compared to a killer whale), but brushed off the mean-spirited comments during an appearance on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" last week.
"I mean, what do you expect? I hope I gain weight. I'm a little heavy," she told Jay at the time, adding that she considers mocking a pregnant woman's weight to be "bully-ish." "There's just more to love right now.
"I have the rest of my life to be skinny and to lose weight and I'm not really worrying about it. If I have a craving I'll go for it," she continued.

Jersey Shore’ Alumni Remember MTV Family Member Shain Gandee

When "Buckwild" premiered on MTV in January, it was hyped as a possible successor to "Jersey Shore," which ended its reign on the cable network in December 2012. Sadly, the West Virginia-based show took a major hit when its star, Shain Gandee, died earlier this week.
So, other than offering to foot the bill for Gandee's funeral, what should MTV do next? We hit the red carpet for WWE's Superstars for Sandy Relief party in New York City to get some of the "Jersey Shore" castmembers' take on the matter.
"Maybe they should have a benefit concert for him and his family," Snooki told omg!. "They should do something because 'Buckwild' was a great show for MTV and it just sucks that one of its stars passed away. It's very sad."
"I'm sure they'll do something to honor him the right way," Ronnie Ortiz-Magro said.
"Whatever they do will probably be best," added Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola. "He's a young kid. It's so sad."
Both Ronnie and Sammi confessed to being big fans of "Buckwild" and Gandee in particular.
"He's actually my favorite on the show," Ronnie said. "There was something about him – I loved his personality."
"I love that he wasn't afraid to be himself," Sammi explained. "He didn't care about all that technology and he was just him. I appreciated that about him."

Gandee, 21, died of carbon monoxide poisoning following a late-night off-roading adventure that ended in a deep mud pit outside Sissonville, West Virginia, early Monday morning.
The reality TV star's cousin, Ashley Gandee Lewis, recently told People, "His whole family said if he was going to die young, at least he died doing what he loved."

Kid Cudi Leaves Kanye West's G.O.O.D. Music

Rapper, who spoke to Jay-Z about how to break the news to Ye says the decision is 'just from a business standpoint.

All G.O.O.D. things must come to an end. Kid Cudi announced Tuesday (April 2) on L.A.'s Power 106 radio station that he is no longer a member of the Kanye West label G.O.O.D. Music.
Cudi said it is a business decision and stressed that there is no beef with anyone on the label.
"Man, everything is cool," the Ohio native said. "Everything is peace with everybody on the label. There's never been any issues, but I am announcing that I'm no longer on G.O.O.D. Music. And this is something that no one knows, really. I'm no longer on G.O.O.D. Music."
Like most breakups, this one was a slow burn. Cudi, born Scott Mescudi, said the decision was six months in the making and was difficult because Kanye is his "big brother forever." Because their relationships is so tight, he needed a little help to break the news. Cudi said he sought advice from none other than the other half of the Throne, Jay-Z.
"I never wanted to offend him, and I didn't know how he would take it, and I was like, 'Man, I do not want to make my brother mad,' " Cudi said. "I really went out my way to make sure what I was feeling was justified, and that it was OK for me to bring it to the table, and Hov reassured me. He was like, 'Yo, man, I hear it in your tone that it's genuine and everything that you're saying to me, how you're saying it. I know Kanye. I know he'll be receptive to that. I know he'll honor it."
Part of what Kid Cudi was feeling was getting tired of reppin' the "clique." Cudi, who already tried his hand at acting in the short-lived HBO show "How to Make It in America," said he jumped on the phone with Kanye recently and shared that he wanted to go in a different direction, focusing on his own label and collaborator King Chip.
"It's just I wanna focus on Wicked Awesome," Cudi said. "I wanna focus on Chip, and that's it. I don't wanna have, like, a full label of artists. I just wanna work on Chip and keep my sound going on a freight train."
Cudi insisted he is on great terms with Big Sean, Pusha T and everyone else on G.O.O.D. Music; however, he did not personally break the news to any of them.
Kid Cudi and Too $hort gush for "Girls" on Indicud.
"But it's not a bad thing. That don't mean I'm not gon' be making music with them," he said. "It just means that little baby with that dress on [the G.O.O.D. Music logo] ain't gon' be on the albums."
Cudi was on the radio show to promote his third studio album, Indicud, which will be released April 23. The track list hit the Net last week, and while Kendrick Lamar and even Michael Bolton make appearances, maybe this should have been a clue — it is conspicuously absent of any of his former labelmates.

Amanda Bynes Skips Hearing for Driving on Suspended License Charges, Dyes Hair Pink

Amanda Bynes has more important things to worry about than court.

The very troubled actress was a no-show in a Burbank, California, court on Tuesday morning for a pre-trial hearing regarding two misdemeanor charges for driving without a license. Instead her attorney, Richard Hutton, was there in her place, and he asked the judge for a continuance, which was granted. The next hearing has been set for May 9 and Bynes will likely not be there for that, either.
previously reported, Bynes' license was suspended last September after she was arrested for DUI and had multiple hit-and-runs in just a matter of months. Still, she continued to drive (and even got into another fender bender) until police eventually pulled her over at the airport after she drove aimlessly around a valet parking area for 90 minutes.
Since then, the "retired" actress has been living in New York City, where she has still been raising eyebrows … except now, just not behind the wheel of a car.
On Monday, Bynes, 26, was photographed walking around the city with her blond hair dyed what appears to be pink … or perhaps a faded red. The new color – which looks a lot like the same hue from her April 2012 mug shot – must have been done at home because when she turned around to check herself out in a store's window, the back of her head revealed blond patches. At least Bynes was dressed somewhat appropriately for the cold weather wearing a hooded jacket … and Adidas sandals with white socks.
Also on Monday, she went on another of her now typical Twitter crazes, posting random thoughts, including, "Knowing you'll end up with that person but you just can't be with them right now," "If you don't get jealous it's because you don't care," "When I like you, no one could say anything to change the way I feel," and "Win from within."

John Mayer Confirms Katy Perry Split

It seems John Mayer has learned a thing or two about kissing and telling!

Just a few weeks after splitting from girlfriend Katy Perry, Mayer, 35, who once blabbed about his romance with Jennifer Aniston and famously referred to Jessica Simpson as "sexual napalm," stayed uncharacteristically tight-lipped about his personal life on The Ellen DeGeneres Show airing Tuesday.
"It was a very private relationship going in, it was a very private relationship during, and it's a private relationship still," said the "Waiting on the World to Change" singer, though he did confirm the breakup. "I'm on the same journey as everyone else. Coupling is a tricky thing."
Mayer and Perry, 28, began dating last summer, and after a brief split, reconciled in the fall. In February, things seemed to be more serious than ever, when Mayer gave the "Last Friday Night" singer a Daniel Gibbings ruby ring.
But according to Mayer, life is much different these days, and not just because he's suddenly single. Since undergoing surgery to repair his vocal chords, the once-perennial night owl has cut back the drinking to focus on singing and writing.
"I really loved, loved, loved scotch . . . [but] it's just like applying a shellac of poison. It's just a delicious, wonderful poison," he explained. "I had to really dial it down. And I'm a little more boring now."
